I had two of my friends over here. my little sister gave thumbs up, and my friends both loved it. actually one of them did not eat much of it here but decided to take it home to finish! Both of my parents declared it as excellent and couldn't be better!

i used to make this mixture:- 1/2 cup soy sauce
- 1 cup ketchup
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1/4 teaspoon thyme
- 1/4 teaspoon ground ginger
- 1/2 teaspoon rubbed sage
- 1/4 teaspoon oriental 5 spices
- 1/4 teaspoon basil leaf
- 1/4 teaspoon sesame seeds
DIRECTIONS
- preheat the oven to 250
- mix all of the ingredients together in a medium size bowl apart from the ribs
- spread 2 large pieces of foil over lapping each other over a large oven tray
- add some of the sauce over the foil, then place the ribs in a single layer then add the rest of the sauce
- cover with more foil and place in the oven for about 3.5 hours

I have ribs in the freezer. I may have to use your sauce and method. Better yet, you could just come along and bake them for me. I'm sure you have the touch!
Haha... perhaps when we go to IA next time you can try to get her to do it!
