Day two in Portugal

On Tuesday we went to the beach close to Estoril. Unfortunately the weather has not been cooperating and has been very windy. So every morning we check online to see which beach seems to have the least wind. Estoril area seemed to be the best. It was still a tad windy but we enjoyed a few hours at the beach, laying down, playing in the water, making castles and my toddler running after the seagulls! At lunch time we decided to just eat there in a restaurant overlooking the beach and yet again I went for the fresh grilled Peixe Espada (scabbardfish). Others had some grilled ribs with salad and fries.

Back at m parents we went for a while to the pool then had caracois (snails) for dinner and some absolutely amazing grilled "chuletitas" (lamb chops) my sister brought from Spain.
