Thursday Testing: Momofuku’s Fried Chicken

Ok, so let me start by explaining fried chicken is not one of my favorite dishes, but as I had never done it before I decided to test not one but two recipes. I must admit that I became a fan of fried chicken and I think the reason is that there is nothing like true homemade fried chicken and eating it nice and steaming. I do realize that some people prefer it warm or even cold, but through this experiments I realized I DO LIKE fried chicken as long as it is really hot! Out of the two I tested I must admit the Momofuku's was my favorite yet the rest of the family preferred the other one-Sydney Meers' Fried Chicken, which indeed was also spectacular. So, please try them both and let me know which you prefer.
