Thursday Testing: Mediterranean-style stuffed chicken breasts

This was a huge surprise to us all, as we are not big on chicken breast. What can I tell you? They turned out juicy, tender, tasty and we have repeated this recipe quite often since we first tested it. Even my daughters loved it. Actually my toddler wanted us all to give her the stuffing. What's even better is that after trying once it is one of those recipes you can easily adapt to your taste and add or retract certain ingredients, but PLEASE, for the first time try it exactly as it sys as it will surprise you.
