Spruce Needle Vodka - for the absolute vodka lover

Arlington Chicken Liver Pâté - simple and perfect

Margaret's Espresso Cake - also tried as an "expresso bread" and was delicious

Christmas Eve Calamari - If it's not Christmas eve why not also adding some bacon? yum

Roasted Branzino with Lemon - I used a full snapper

Self-Saucing Chocolate Pudding - read here what I thought of this one... WOW
