INGREDIENTS
(this time I am not going to add measurements as it all depends how many you are cooking for)Dry / salt cod fish
Potatoes
Onion
Cabbage
Eggs
salt to taste
DIRECTIONS
- The day before place the cod fish in a large bowl and fill it with water
- Change waters to the cod fish every hour
- At night time remove the last water, mix water and milk together and leave the cod fish in the fridge
- Pour water into a pan and place the cod fish inside
- In another pan place all other ingredients and cover them with water
- Add salt to taste
- Serve all of the ingredients in the same tray
- On your plate mix extra virgin olive oil, a tad of paprika and minced garlic, mix it well then place a little of each ingredient over it and drizzle with a little olive oil
