INGREDIENTS
5 parsnips
1 tblsp butter
1/2 cup of cream or milk
2 eggs yolks
salt & pepper to taste
DIRECTIONS
- Peel the parsnips
- Put them in a large pot with water and salt
- Let them boil until soft to the fork
- Once fully cooked, remove them from the water and mash them as you would the potatoes, add the cream/milk and the butter
- Once well mixed, add the egg yolks.
- Serve with anything such as a broiled chicken as shown above

Thanks for stopping by my blog and leaving a comment. As far as the chicken goes, when it cooks in the crock pot, it will make its own juices. No need to add any liquid.
