Cream of turnips

INGREDIENTS
6 medium size turnips thinly sliced
1.5 liter of chicken or vegetable stock
 flour
2 sticks of butter
1 cup of milk

DIRECTIONS
  1. Slice all of the turnips into thin slices
  2. Pass them through flour
  3. Warm up the butter in a pot and add the turnip slices until they are a little translucent
  4. Add the chicken stock and let it simmer until turnip is totally soft.
  5. Put it in the blender to create a smooth cream.
  6. Just prior to serving add a little cream or milk
